How much is a consultation?
A new patient medical consultation is £50. The fee comes off your treatment if you go ahead.
What happens at the consultation?
A nurse prescriber looks at your skin, asks about your health, medicines and goals, and explains what is realistic. You leave with a plan and prices.
Do I have to book treatment on the day?
No. Many patients go away and think about it. The plan is yours to keep.
What should I bring?
A list of any medicines you take, and details of any aesthetic treatments you have had before.
Safety and qualifications
Who will treat me?
Rachael or Sofia. Both are Independent Nurse Prescribers, so the person who assesses you is qualified to prescribe and treat.
Are you registered and insured?
Both nurses are registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Rachael is a member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN), and the clinic is fully insured.
Can you treat me if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Most aesthetic treatments are not offered during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Tell us at booking and we will advise you.
Treatments
When is the best time for NeoGen Plasma?
NeoGen Plasma is not suitable for sun-tanned skin, so autumn and winter are the ideal time to begin.
Will I look done?
Our aim is refreshed, never done. We plan conservatively, and you can always add more at a review.
Why are some treatments shown without a price?
Prescription-only medicines cannot be advertised with prices, and some treatments are planned in person. Your nurse gives you exact prices at your consultation.

Can I spread the cost?
Yes. Klarna and Clearpay are available.
Where are you?
Crosshaven, Erpingham Road, Branksome, Poole BH12 1EX. The clinic is in a quiet residential setting, away from the high street.
The self-scan
What does the self-scan do?
It reads a selfie and lists the things our nurses would look at, plus the treatments worth discussing at your consultation.
Is it a diagnosis?
No. It is a guide to help you prepare. Suitability for any treatment is decided at a face-to-face consultation.
What happens to my photo?
It is analysed and then discarded. We never store it. The privacy page explains the details.
