The self-scan
When you upload a photo to the self-scan:
- The photo is sent securely to our AI provider, Anthropic, which describes what is visible on the skin.
- We do not store the photo, and it is not written to disk or saved to any record on our side.
- The results appear only on your screen. They are not sent to the clinic unless you choose to share them.
- Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, the photo is not used to train its models.
Because a photo of your face can reveal health information, we only process it with your explicit consent, which you give by choosing to upload it. You can close the page at any time before uploading.
Booking
Online bookings are handled by Aesthetic Nurse Software on our behalf. Their booking page explains how they handle your details. Your clinical records are kept securely by the clinic.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs to keep the site secure.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
